Information on accessing our centres during the Caronavirus outbreak Coronavirus (COVID - 19) With the increasing number of people diagnosed with the Covid-19 raising daily, the Government is considering measures in an attempt to contain the spread of the virus. Impact on our services We are asking all visitors (staff, volunteers, clients and others) who have recently returned from the following countries not to attend any of our centres; China Hong Kong Italy Japan Republic of Korea Taiwan Singapore Malaysia Macau Whilst there is no need for alarm, and whilst we acknowledge these measures go beyond current national guidance, we believe a more risk -adverse approach is in the best interest of staff, volunteers and clients of Women's aid RCT. If you have recently travelled to any of these areas and develop any symptoms, however mild, within 14 days of returning the advice is to self isolate at home immediately and call NHS direct Wales on 0845 46 47 or call 111 if available in your area. How we have prepared? If we are forced to close our sites, Women's aid RCT will continue to operate a telephone support service 24 hours a day available via the Live Fear Free Helpline, freephone 08 08 80 10 800. Our staff will continue to be available to discuss any concerns you may have via telephone and email. In case of emergency, please dial 999 and ask for the Police. Thank you for your support and understanding whilst we continue to respond to this rapidly developing situation. Charlie Arthur CEO Women's aid RCT
