I am setting myself challenges over the next few weeks to raise money for the charity. All of my challenges will be overseen by the gym manager, so no cheating for me :) I will also be recording some of my challenges and posting the videos to my accounts.

It’s important to know that domestic abuse kills one person a week and many more lives are at risk daily. I have come to learn that domestic abuse is not only physical but mental and emotional. With rising cases due to the pandemic and people being locked down with their abusers makes for frightening statistics.

Women’s aid are phenomenal and go out of their way to support victims and survivors of domestic abuse. Women’s aid provide a shoulder to lean on, advice, and guide people down the path of for recovery and escape.

Fundraising is so important for charity organisations to better their services and this is why I am asking all my friends and family to donate what they can


Here is a plan of my challenges

Week one will be 300 sit ups, 300 push ups and 300 burpee challenges.

Week two will be a 25 Mile indoor cycle

Week three will be 2 hours straight doing the sally challenge

Week 4 will be all of the above combined on a day....help!
