Recognizing that you are experiencing domestic abuse is an important first step. It is important that you keep yourself safe while you make your mind up about what to do next, your safety is our priority. You may want to stay or you may decide you want to leave. We can support you to reach a decision that is right for you.

There are many ways you can get in touch with us.

  1. You can give our main number a call, Monday to Friday, between 9am -5pm.    
  2. You can arrange to speak to one of our team at your local GP surgery.
  3. Or you can call in to our office in Pontypridd 

Free 24 hour helpline

The Live Fear Free Helpline is a bilingual information signposting service, to help and guide people with experience of domestic abuse or sexual violence, who are in need of information or access to support services.

If you are experiencing domestic abuse or sexual violence, have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence, or are worried about a friend or relative who is experiencing domestic abuse or sexual violence then call the Live Fear Free Helpline for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 08 08 80 10 800.
