It is with pleasure that we can announce that face to face appointments can now resume at our centres and within the community.

Some people believe that a problem shared is a problem halved. Why not test the theory by coming in to speak to one of our support workers.

Face to face meetings can be made by calling us on 01443 400791, where we will sensitively discuss your current situation and book you an appointment for a time and venue that is the most suitable for you.

Covid safety procedures

As a charity, we are taking all reasonable steps to reduce the transmission of covid within our centres.

We are doing this by

  • Reducing the number of people working / attending our centres

  • Cleaning areas such as drop in rooms before and after each meeting

  • Complying with current Welsh government guidelines

Before attending a face to face appointment a team member will complete a Covid questionnaire with you to ensure you are not displaying symptoms. Upon arrival you will be asked to continue to wear your a face covering, a staff member will take your temperature and you will be asked to complete track and trace forms.

Alternative support

The past year has been  extremely difficult for people and we understand that some may not be ready to meet face to face. We will therefore continue to offer a telephone support service which we have successfully run throughout the past year and previous lockdowns restrictions.

Don't suffer in silence, reach out and get in touch.
