Although they are large in size this\u00a0 has not taken away from their community values and their commitment to taking part in programmes and activities that directly and indirectly support our communities to grow and thrive.<\/p>\n<h4>Charity of the year 2024<\/h4>\n<p>In early 2024, RCT domestic abuse service were pleased to be contacted by Steve Jones, General Manager, Johnsons workwear, based in Pontypridd to inform us that we had been chosen as their charity of the year.\u00a0 It was heart warming to hear that charities are chosen from the suggestions of their own workforce. Emma Williams, Development manager was invited to meet the team\u00a0 on Saint David&#8217;s day, where she was presented with a check for \u00a31000 for the charity.
